Qualifications:
- Graduate of BA Human Resources/BS Psychology, or equivalent
- With at least 2 years experience in different facets of Human Resource
- Has strong written and communication skills
- With experience handling Compensation and Benefits
- With deep understanding of the General Labor Standards
- Experience in doing manual timekeeping and payroll is a plus
- Familiar with the end-to-end Recruitment process
- With experience doing administrative tasks
- Monthly inventory
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Handling of Timekeeping and Payroll
- Answering employee concerns on HR related matters
- Preparation and issuance of NTEs and Disciplinary Actions
- Develop and maintain a filling system
- Provides administrative support
- Purchasing
- Schedules weekly meeting
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization
- Processing of Gate pass and Working Permits
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Sourcing and calling of suppliers and contractors
- Daily checking of monitoring device installed in company computers
- Checking of CCTV footage, if needed
- Follow directive orders from management
- Work Extra overtime hours as needed
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
- Adhering to employer’s policies and procedures and licensing laws
- Maintaining of polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Dress should maintain a professional and appropriate appearance
