Talent Acquisition Specialist [Egypt]


 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet n.go's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create compelling job postings.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews, providing guidance and support to hiring teams throughout the selection process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a startup environment.
  • Experience in technical recruitment and hiring tech geeks in all levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates using various recruitment methods such as boolean search.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
